How we review
Find useful evidence.
Keep the distinctions.
HomeAdapt US helps older adults and caregivers prepare a specific enquiry using public service information.
What is in this collection?
This initial collection combines local or regional providers with national commercial and nonprofit networks. It is not a census of US services. Provider websites and official resources were reviewed on 25 October 2026.
Known related brands and network branches are grouped or explained in the research. Distinct listings are not a claim that every business is independently owned. Sources and identity caveats remain on profiles.
What does a match mean?
A match combines the selected work, published service state and provider role. Search also reads service descriptions and published person names. Results are alphabetical and independent of payment. There are no paid rankings in this version.
Installation jobs describe work the source says is offered. Assessment-only OT practices are tagged for home safety assessment; their recommendation topics do not become installation services. A seller’s home evaluation is not labelled occupational therapy without supporting evidence.
How is location handled?
Local state tags retain the provider’s actual cities, counties, radius or regional conditions. They do not establish statewide travel. Network membership and nationwide marketing are different. The network filter is not expanded into all 50 states or every address. Services and products may vary by branch.
What do credential labels mean?
A provider statement remains a claim unless a specific register check is recorded. A named person’s CAPS education, contractor license, OT credentials and company affiliations are different pieces of evidence. None establishes every employee’s qualifications or who will attend. Ask for the assigned person and check current authority for the job and state.
What about assistance and payment?
A published program or payment statement is not an eligibility decision. Local nonprofit scope, household rules, funding, waiting lists, benefits and project approvals require confirmation. Published starting prices and timings are not quotations or appointments for your home.
How does contact work?
Use the provider’s official service or contact page. This version does not send enquiries, book assessments or submit assistance applications. Providers have not endorsed the directory.
What is stored?
The shortlist saves listing IDs in browser storage where available. Public work, state and role filters can appear in the URL. Free-text search stays in page memory and is not added to URLs or saved by the directory. Clear the shortlist to remove its saved IDs. This directory does not request a diagnosis, falls history, personal home address or payment information.
Published by Albervos
HomeAdapt US is published by Albervos, the publisher and project brand used for this directory. It helps older adults and caregivers compare attributed public information; it does not provide construction, clinical assessments or funding decisions.
There are 30 listings in this initial collection: 24 local or regional provider groups and 6 networks. The public information was checked on 25 October 2026. Publication does not establish current services, credentials, job acceptance, prices or eligibility.
Contact, privacy and public data
Send corrections or questions about the directory to albervos@proton.me. See Contact and Privacy for details. Providers handle their own enquiries and applications.
Download the public catalogue (JSON). This is the same dated information used by the directory, including source links and qualifications. It is not a current quote, eligibility decision or endorsement.
