For home-modification work
Use the official provider link on the listing to ask about your specific job, address coverage, assigned professional, quote, timing and eligibility. We do not arrange assessments, installations, appointments, quotations, payments or assistance applications. A directory listing does not establish current acceptance or endorse a provider.
Keep personal details private
Please do not email diagnoses, medical records, falls history, home access details, identity documents or payment information to the directory. Send sensitive information only to the relevant provider through an appropriate channel after checking who will receive it.
What happens when you email
